Role Overview
We're looking for a HR Data Management & Reporting Analyst to join our operations team. The primary focus of this role is to drive service and operational improvements, using the facts from Wincanton's various data sources, this individual will analyse the data, produce standard performance dashboards (including performance insights), build appropriate reports that aid the management of stakeholders and performance.

Having completed the analysis and provided insights, the job holder will also be accountable for tracking progress through highlighting patterns and trends within the data. Using this information, they will work with the wider operations team to provide operational feedback.

Secondary responsibilities to support the business as usual activity for the processes & system solutions across Time & Attendance, Payroll and HR. Develop knowledge to understand the full end to end processes in place.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the wider HR operations team and HR leadership team to build a meaningful set of HR, People and Organisation Performance Dashboards based on service data.
  • Interrogate the various data sets to ensure that operational sites are being compliant in processing transactions, for example personal data changes and payroll changes.
  • Produce and issues site convergent rating tables to drive continual improvements in the quality of data management, transaction processing and site compliance.
  • Work across the wider HR community to drive awareness and capability development through producing operational insight reports from the data available. Where required monitor agreed actions to completion, producing management reporting to highlight the progression of corrective actions.
  • Investigate any challenges identified throughout the reporting cycle, and where practically possible put corrective actions into place.
  • Produce a series of management reports that highlight and mitigate risks and issues within the operation.
  • Build data production and analytical skills across the HR community
  • Analysis of HR transactional and service related data to identify patterns and trends, turning these in to data insights and continual improvement actions.
  • Production of a service standard reports and dashboards that aid the business to identify and correct inefficient practices.
  • Producing BRAG performance tables, action plans and feedback reports to sites.
