Working for a returning client of Reed Staines, I am delighted to be supporting this global organisation for their latest piece of recruitment - Project Manager. Based in the Weybridge office (5 days a week, with occasional business travel required when business demands). This will be a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work in an exciting and growing team for on a huge project.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all work in relation to this particular contract. You would be responsible for the overall planning and ensuring activities undertaken by the associated teams are all working towards a common goal. You will coordinate all reporting requirements associated and drive good governance and standards.

Key duties include:
  • Project Management - Effective planning of key deliverables and tracking of key dependencies. Ensure quality of deliverables is in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO27001. Working with internal teams to ensure workloads are prioritised accordingly.
  • Reporting - Completing necessary reports on delivery progress. Monthly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team. Tracking to budget.
  • Client and Supplier relations - Contract management with delivery partners, relationship management with partners and working closely with contracted partners and ensuring plans and implementations are aligned.

Experience required:
  • Effective planning and delivery capability (Prince 2 methodology)
  • Partner and Contract Management
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications - especially Excel, MS Project and Visio
  • People management skills
  • Experience of ability to manage own projects and see through to completion
  • Confident with meeting Customer service level targets
  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict timelines
  • Results orientated and an excellent eye for detail

Salary range is £43,000 - £51,000 D.O.E, 36.25 hours a week, Free parking, 25 days holiday (option to buy and sell), Pension, Bupa cover and much more!
