Page Personnel is recruiting for a hard working, confident team player to join the Accountancy Department of a Global Pharmaceutical organisation as a Temporary Management Accountant. This is a fantastic role for either an experienced candidate seeking to fill an interim post OR a less experienced candidate who is looking to gain some on the job training!

Key Responsibilities for Management Accountant Role will Include:
  • Validate internal information (check all purchase invoices with proof of deliveries, purchase order and quotations)Apply job/project coding to all purchase invoices and operative time sheets.
  • Apply nominal coding to all purchase invoices and operative time sheets.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with operations and day to day liaison with site managers to get precise information to enable smooth functioning of costing process.
  • Maintaining company's purchase ledger on accounts system.
  • Ensure that the VAT/CIS element of the invoice is correctly recorded.
  • Report on aged creditors and make a payment plan in agreement with Finance Director and Supplier to enable company to maintain sound cash flow.
  • Supplier Account Reconciliation, queries resolution and processing payments according to payment plan after receiving appropriate authorisation
  • Internal information (check all purchase invoices with proof of deliveries, purchase order and quotations)


The Successful Management Accountant Must have the Following:
  • Ability to commit to a temporary contract
  • Strong systems knowledge
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Collaborative, team player attitude
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to make decisions independently
  • An interest in technology (desirable)
  • Ability to travel to Chester
