As good as technology is, sometimes you just need to speak to a person.

Because sometimes the internet can't help. Sometimes instructions don't make sense. Sometimes FAQs don't cover off your question. And nowadays it takes a super sleuth to even track down a contact number, never mind a solution.

But if you're a financial adviser at this business you don't have that problem. Because they get to speak to you.

You'll provide technical support over the phone to advisers. They will be asking about the advice process, procedures and what they need to do to be compliant. You'll help them to submit quality documentation, identify problems and provide solutions. And you'll provide great peace of mind to them and their clients.

Background wise you'll have decent investment knowledge. And an appreciation of compliance within financial planning. But you won't have to be an expert or Diploma qualified. At least not yet. Give it twelve months and that's exactly what you will be.
