REED Marketing is proud to be recruiting for a Project Manager (New Product Development) to join a globally recognised consumer brand business based in Chorley.

This American established company have been trading successfully for years and are dominating the market continuing to double in both size and turnover year on year. With incredible growth plans this business is expected to value at £150 million by 2021!

As Project Manager (NPD) your daily duties will include...

· Managing the Projects Team covering New Product Development and Business Improvements

· Leading and preparing project documents, meetings & reports

Product launches from start to finish

· Tracking project performance, analysing the completion of short and long term goals

· Managing the critical path of live projects and resolving any issues continuing to adapt and evolve processes through project management

· Supporting projects scope, goals, costs, timescales and milestones

· Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables are tracked against time and cost and resources are utilized

· Working with product development - liaising with marketing for new formulations, packaging development and 3rd parties

· Mapping new processes for new product development, liaising with key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have...

· Experience in working in a similar Product Development/New Product Management/Project management role is essential

Managing product launches from start to finish

· Formal Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)

· Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, FMCG or retail business

· Experience in delivering different types of projects including new product developments

Must have people & stakeholder mgnt experience

Company Benefits:

- Salary up to £45,000 basic plus 12% annual bonus (£44,800 - £50,400 OTE)

- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch. June through August Summer hours induction meaning a 12pm finish on Friday providing you've worked 37.5 hours

- 12% discretionary bonus based on company and individual targets, quarterly sales bonuses of £375 every quarter, plus a Xmas bonus
