The SENCO has been given extra budget for this role and wants to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic graduate who will shine and make an instant impact on the lives of their pupils.

You will be required to assist the classroom teachers in KS2. The majority of your time will be spent working with groups but you may be required to work 1:1 with students so good communication and understanding is essential, along with your enthusiasm and creativity.
