Financial Procurement Trainer

£38,000 to £42,000

Better People are recruiting for a Financial Procurement Trainer to join an established learning and development Consultancy in Didcot.

This is a great opportunity to join a solid team of in-house experts with comprehensive experience in identifying requirements and designing bespoke learning solutions across a range of disciplines.

The Financial Procurement Trainer will be responsible for delivering training in multiple locations across the country and on occasions abroad for both private and public sector clients .

When not delivering training time will be spent working in the office in Harwell, Oxfordshire designing training; utilising multiple delivery means, including face-to-face instruction, webinars, action learning sets and on-line courses.

The Financial Procurement Trainer will work closely with several members of the team including the learning lead, other trainers and Learning and Development Consultants, the Project Support Office and Sales and Marketing leads.

  • 3 years occupational training experience within Finance within public sector.
  • Occupational experience within a corporate training environment.
  • Accustomed to mentoring and supporting development programmes.
  • Proven knowledge and credibility of the subject Evidence of Continuous Professional Development Qualifications Certificate in Education and Training (Level 4) or above or prepared to work towards this in own time within the first year.
  • Relevant Financial professional body membership.
  • Must be prepared to undergo a UK Security Check.
