Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management and day to day running of the venue, which is a 7 day a week operation.
  • Senior Sales Leader at the venue, with specific targets for growth.
  • To maximise all areas of financial performance.
  • To actively promote guest satisfaction. Leading, motivating and directing a customer facing team to deliver excellent customer care at all times.
  • Team management - through effective rostering, team training and development.
  • Ensuring a high standard of visual presentation of the venue
  • Budget and revenue responsibility
  • Managing the budget for promotions and business development
  • Ensuring compliance with all company operating standards, Health & Safety and Human Resources.

  • Management experience either gained from Retail, Leisure, Hospitality or Catering background
  • Excellent business and sales acumen
