An excellent opportunity has become available for an Accounts Administrator to join a market leading business on a permanent basis

About you

You will have a proven track record within Accounts Receivable and will be used to handling and processing large amounts of data quickly and accurately. Strong computer skills are essential including a good working knowledge of Excel.

About the role

The role will provide support to the Accounts Manager and duties will include:
  • Building strong customer relationships to ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Raising invoices
  • Process improvement and implementation including a new Purchase Order process
  • Data entry
  • Matching invoices to payments
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
