The Role

ADB Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Data Entry Administrator on behalf of our clients based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch. Our client is a prestigious market leader within their field. The purpose of the role will be to enter customer orders and data onto the bespoke internal system. The duties of the role are:
  • Confirm product codes and prices with customers and enter customer orders into sales order processing system
  • Produce and send invoices in order to enable the company to obtain payment for goods supplied.
  • Maintain and file all relevant documentation in order to enable access to order information when required
  • Process Customer samples, including follow up calls to ensure samples have been received and are acceptable

The working hours are 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday. The role is temporary for 6 months, but may have potential to be made permanent. Immediate start is required.

Your Profile

First and foremost, you must be fully committed and loyal to the job, making sure it is absolutely want you want before applying, and will commit to a minimum of 6 months. You will be enthusiastic, bubbly, friendly, flexible and approachable. You will have a proven background within customer services and administration. You will ideally have your own transport due to the location. You will be fully computer literate and understand packages such as Outlook and Excel.

The Salary

£8.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
