Training Centre Manager required to work for a rapidly expanding IT Training provider. As a Training Centre Manager you will be based in the Leeds office as part of the Scheduling team you will ensure the smooth running of the training centre, training schedules and documentation.

You will keep the database that is used track apprentices up to date, preparing and reviewing documents managing all schedules for learners. You will make sure the correct equipment is in place for training and make sure all facilities are maintained. You will contact any late learners and inform skills coaches/trainers of any issues and answer all telephone and email enquiries.

You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload with the ability to multitask under pressure. You must be computer literate, with a polite and professional telephone manner. Ideally you will be a qualified first aider and fire marshal.
