The Finance function is responsible for the accurate and timely production of financial information to its internal and external stakeholders. Company stewardship ensuring compliance with the statutory and legal framework within each region and that a proper controlled environment is put in place. The department also supports business performance by producing high quality management information, encouraging a cost-conscious culture, and by providing advice, support and training which should ensure all business decisions are financially informed.

Pattonair have a required for a credit controller on a fixed term basis (maternity cover).

The credit controller will be responsible for the collection of trade debts (including intercompany) and customer debts to ensure all payments are made according to terms. Input credit notes, supplementary invoices and update customer accounts with the relevant information to allow prompt payment from customers. Support with reporting to ensure they are produced timely in accordance with company timetable. Produce credit reports and make recommendations regarding giving credit to a customer, to ensure high risk customers are kept out of the business.

You will have previous Credit Control experience in a high volume environment and thrive in an energetic atmosphere whilst working well under pressure. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve results maintaining excellent customer relationships.
