The Client

Acorn recruiting on behalf of our client, a market leader within their field who is looking for a dynamic and driven Administrator to support the Marketing department within their Cardiff office.

The Role

* To provide admin support to departments within the Cardiff office
* Provide product samples and literature for our Sales Force, Healthcare Professionals and Patients
* Communicate with customers relating to feedback ofproducts and being a liaison point for product complaints
* Data entry onto the company database
* Regular data cleansing to ensure the company database remains up to date and accurate
* Ensure sufficient stock levels of marketing literature and promotional items
* Producing mail shots using the client database
* Ordering stationery

The Candidate

* Previous experience in complaint handling
* To be able to work in a team environment
* The ability to learn new skills quickly and attention to detail is a must
* Time management
* Previous knowledge of SAGE or similar packages would be an advantage
* Strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages
* Proven experience in a fast paced environment
* Experience of multitasking
* Experience working to targets and deadlines


* Monday to Friday working hours (8:30 am - 5 pm)
