We are looking for exceptional individuals used to working in a sales orientated environment, to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and create energy & excitement around our products which can include brands such as Apple, Bose and Sennheiser, to name a few.

Reporting into the Head of Retail - North, you will play an active role in leading your team to drive sales & maximise profits, through discovering and understanding our customer needs and providing the right solutions.

The Accountabilities

* Create a customer service led culture in line with Customer First principles, ensuring you team provides excellent customer service, ensuring a great experience for each customer, every time
* Connect and engage with customers, uncovering their needs to be able to suggest and advise on appropriate products for each customer and enable wider business recommendations & feedback
* Lead by example, showing confidence in approaching and welcoming customers
* Demonstrate your product knowledge to customers & your team, and show a passion about new products and keeping your knowledge up to date
* Maximise opportunities to achieve and surpass set sales targets and drive customer foot fall
* Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well presented
* Carry out stock checks and loss prevention accountabilities to protect high value & digital products and minimise losses
* Recruit, motivate, coach and train your team to provide excellent customer service and deliver individual & store sales targets
* Work with the rest of the overall management team to ensure the store is fully compliant with pricing, promotions, legislative, supplier & landlord requirements
* Working as an active member of the overall management team, supporting in other areas of the business as required

The Requirements

* Experience of gained within a retail environment preferred
* Able to evidence leading & managing a small team
* Ability to coach & motivate a team, role playing and role modelling great sales skills
* Some experience of working to and achieving Key Performance Indicators
* An interest in Digital, electronic and tech products highly advantageous
* Strong communication skills are essential- ability to provide excellent level of customer service
* Confident approach towards maximising sales opportunities
* Flexibility towards working hours to meet business
* Able to meet requirements to obtain and retain an airside pass
