Our client, based in Slough Berkshire are currently recruiting for a Commercial Installations Manager, to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Overview:
  • Managing a small team of coordinators on a day to day basis
  • Generating client quotes and costings/ scheduling labour
  • working closely with the existing CRM system
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders- i.e Projects, Warehouse and Sales
  • Reviewing and working to improve existing processes within the installations team
  • Attending project meetings internally
  • Understanding project requirements ensuring full understanding of Project specifications and deadlines
  • Thinking on your feet to solve potential problems before they arise/ encouraging proactive thinking across the team.
  • Staying late when required to ensure Project Completion
  • Conducting on-site visits (when required)

  • Previous experience in working within a technical environment, with a large product range
  • Team Management experience
  • Ability to implement change and improve existing processes by demonstrating different more effective ways of working
  • Previous experience in complex or bespoke installations (ideally B2B and on a large scale)
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Experience within Construction/Electronics/Manufacturing or Building Maintenance
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to react well to change/unforeseen complications
