I am currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial and Personal Lines Handler/ Manager for a family business which has been running for over 30 years based in the Gosforth area of Newcastle upon Tyne.

You will have a minimum of 3 years commercial insurance claims handling experience ideally with Business and Property. If you have Loss Adjusting experience this will also be beneficial.

With exceptional customer service skills, a definite `Can Do` attitude and to be able to work alone as well as part of a small team.

You will deal with claims from the start to finish building personal relationships with your customers along the way. You will deal with insurance companies on your customer`s behalf, via telephone, email and also face to face whilst also keeping your customers regularly updated and involved.

Experience of using Open G I office systems will beneficial but is not essential.

To start in June on a permanant basis with a salary of £22.000.

Your hours of work will be Monday - Friday, (flexible 25-35 hours per week).
