We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic IT Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Business Intelligence:

·Responsible for working with key business stakeholders to define, design and develop end user reporting, KPIs, and business analytics.

·Document high-level requirements to create detailed technical designs to align with standard architecture.

·Estimate overall cost and timelines for often complex solutions.

·Develop, automate, train and support reports & dashboards using SQL stored procedures, reporting services, relational & multidimensional database queries, Power Pivot, and Power BI.

·Develop complex TSQL solutions & Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS).

·Identify gaps in data and work in partnership with IT Ops to achieve BI solutions.

·Implement BI / Data Warehouse concepts and methodology including full application lifecycle, data modelling and ETL development.

·Express BI technology decisions in terms of business outcomes by communicating ideas to build support and obtain agreement or commitment.

Qualifications and Experience:

·Essential:
  • BI Stack including SSRS, SSIS, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps)
  • SQL Server (up to 2016)
  • Documentation
  • Source control (e.g. Tortoise SVN)
  • Project tracking (e.g. VSTS, Agile)
  • Software Development Lifecycle

·Desirable but not essential

  • Microsoft Excel, Access, SharePoint
