Cucina Sano is based in Boston, Lincolnshire. It employs over 700 people and specialises in making chilled Italian ready meals and modern deli products for a dedicated customer. It is part of the Bakkavor Meals sector which has eight factories in the UK.

We are looking for so much more than a pot washer we are looking for someone to work along side the development team in duties from creating food samples to looking after the catering needs of onsite visitors to the business.

Here are the Key Accountabilities

* To undertake any reasonable duties as requested by the Senior Development Chef or Concept Chefs on site related to the day to day requirements of the department.

* Ensure the Development Culinary Kitchen is maintained to the required hygiene standards.

* On a daily basis manage the retail shopping lists requested by the chefs. Organise workload to achieve this, maintaining an adaptable approach in order to cope with changing priorities. A degree of flexibility will be required on some occasions.

* Manage the customer lunches as and when required. Understand the quality required as set by the Senior Chef or Concept Chef on site for the visit.

* Working closely with the development chefs, assist in the preparation of any development product or customer samples if required. Understand the specific quality standards set by the chef.

* Collate any factory ingredients on a daily basis from low care and high care following the chefs instructions, establishing a rapport with the factory floor personnel.

* Take a level of responsibility for submitting samples to the final customer, following instructions from the chef and correct business procedures, in terms of administration.

* Organise your own work load, maintaining an adaptable approach in order to cope with changing priorities.

* Develop and show good knowledge and palate of the Cuina Sano Products.

* Learn to operate in an environment of teamwork and establish a rapport with management, your line manager and colleagues
