Corn Street is an extension to our busy direct access homeless hostel offering crisis accommodation and support to rough sleepers in Central Bath.

We are recruiting for a permanent Casework Coordinator to join our fantastic team. We deliver 24-hour support 365 days a year to help former rough sleepers out of homelessness. The role requires empathy and understanding as well as the ability to maintain clear boundaries and provide a safe environment. The Casework Coordinator will be responsible for completing support plans, working with external agencies and line management of staff. Although the role is predominantly Monday to Friday 9 till 5 there is a need for flexibility, as at times work maybe required out of this time. Some of our staff have lived experience, others have social care work experience, whilst some have just graduated from Uni and want to develop new skills. But what all the team members have in common is a strong value base and a natural affinity for people, who often have a range of complex needs.

With an ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team who are committed to client involvement, you will be innovative and creative in your approach to meeting client need. Flexibility and empathy are a must.
