Your new role:
You will be given responsibility for the current portfolio of clients primarily in the German / French / Italian / Spanish speaking markets (main language to be spoken fluently) in order to provide substantial revenue growth. You will be coordinating, directing and managing relations with said clients with the goal of strengthening and growing relationships. You will be the first point of contact for ParkVia's clients, ensuring that they always receive the best service possible: you will assess risk and quality of work done for clients and ensure an excellent service has been provided to encourage repeat business. You will manage a pipeline of cases and ensure agreed SLAs are met. You will be responsible for developing relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients to ensure their long-term retention.

You will support the deal process from relationship building and due diligence, all the way through post-contract signing integration: you will drive client engagement by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Successful partnerships are those which significantly increase not only the number of bookings, but also each booking average basket value, and, hopefully, ParkVia's brand awareness.

You will be based at our HQ in central Manchester and will occasionally travel to events and meet with clients.

In order to succeed in your new role you will need ...

... to have:

Recent experience in account management role(s)
Analytical mind: ability to analyse and research information.
Strategic thinking, time management and delivery planning
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Good reporting skills on product performance, budget and forecasting activity
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to lead projects that range in size, complexity and duration
Ability to communicate easily with people from all levels
Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Honest and trustworthy manner

Fluent in any of the following languages German / French / Italian / Spanish . Any other languages will be a bonus.

You will be working closely with everyone here! There will be constant cooperation with other members of the business development team, to ensure, firstly, that new developments are achievable and, secondly, to obtain the customer service insights to fully understand customer needs, behaviours and opinion.
