Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting for a Service Manager; this is a temporary opportunity working with a reputable, progressive Supported Housing provider based in London. As Service Manager you will responsible for the successful delivery of a supported accommodation service supporting clients with learning difficulties or learning difficulties as well as the effective management of the staff and the contract as a whole.

Principle duties will include:

• Driving business planning activities within your contract, ensuring relevant and challenging objective setting and on going performance tracking

• Using sound financial and accounting principles, manage contract budgets to deliver on corporate and local contract financial targets

• Successfully lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service

• Work to continuously improve staff competence, ensure ownership of all staff issues and speedy and effective conflict resolution

• Responsible for maintaining quarterly staff succession plans

This is a temporary vacancy based in London.

Our client has requested that the ideal candidate holds previous experience leading staff supporting clients within an LD service.
