Programme Manager - IT Security & Compliance - Hayes - £60,000 to £72,000

An international technology provider is urgently seeking a new Programme Manager with experience of complex technical solution delivery and a background in managing projects & programmes in IT Security & Compliance (ISO). It is a great time to be joining the business as they go through a significant change and transformation programme - implementing new systems, processes and standards across their global operations.

You will be responsible for managing international projects and programmes within their IT Security and process compliance programmes. They are looking to achieve ISO27001 and ITIL certification as a global technology business so you will be central to a significant change programme to implement new technology solutions, controls and processes in compliance with these standards.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- A strong background as an IT Programme Manager

- Experience in delivering complex IT solutions to a business of scale (1000+ Employees)

- Exposure to security policies and practices, including any ISO standards (ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 / ISO 20000)

- Experience of delivering ITIL projects

- The ability to deliver international programmes

- The ability to influence change in the business.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication skills.

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

- Basic salary of circa £60,000 to £72,000 depending on skills and experience
