Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Swindon
Salary and benefits: Up to £25,000 Depending on experience, 25 days holiday, enhanced pension

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer with a keen eye for detail and inquisitive nature.

What you'll be doing
• Processing change requests such as maternity, paternity, statutory payments, internal offers, Reviewing and making changes in pay and hours and any changes to employment terms.
• You will be updating the system on a daily basis
• Keeping personal files updated in line with GDPR
• Administering letters and acting as a key point of contact to colleagues, managers and our external payroll partner to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of services.

About you
• An experienced Payroll Officer
• You will be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
• You'll be driven by processes
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships
• Working at an intermediate level with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ideally have experience working with iTrent, reporting or Business Objects would be advantageous, along with industry experience within Logistics, Transport or similar.
