In this role you will be responsible for providing full administrative and invoice support to the Finance team, duties will include:
    • Raising and completion of sales invoices
    • Reconciliation of balance sheets
    • Understanding exchange rate calculations
    • Process initial stage of payments both through financial software and bank
    • Handle general enquires, processes documents, engage in file maintenance & records, undertake credit control duties & offer general administrative support to team members as directed by management
    • Respond to external enquiries from clients, colleagues and other third party service providers.
    • Process documentation and information, including data inputting, answer the telephone/make calls as required and generate correspondence in response to queries received,
    • Prioritise all incoming correspondence
    • Monitor the e-mail in-box and distribute accordingly

To be successful in this role you will be a competent user of Word and Excel and have experience of using case management software. You must have excellent attention to detail and embrace taking on new tasks and as the business grows.
