We are currently recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor to cover South Yorkshire and North West areas. The role will be delivering short courses and work booklets for a Training provider who are looking to expand their existing ESF delivery Team.

They are on the lookout for an Assessor / Trainer who has delivered Health and Social care short courses, NVQ's and up to Level 3 in a work-based environment. You will be working with small groups and learners on a one to one basis.

The ideal ESF tutor must be willing to travel and cover various areas in Yorkshire surrounding locations visiting various employers. As a Trainer/ Tutor you will rewarded with a basic salary of up to £25,000, + 22 Holidays + stats, + Laptop + Mobile and Mileage.

Assessor/ Tutor main responsibilities:

·Enrolment of learners onto our courses

·Accurate and timely completion of all relevant documentation and records relating to learners' training and progress

·Monitor and review learners progress and provide on-going information, advice and guidance

·Pro-actively engage with employers and update them of learner's progress

·Support and maintain the quality assurance process for assessment, training and verification purposes, in line with policies and all related Awarding Body procedures and guidelines

·Contribute to maintaining delivery, practical and knowledge-based skills and identify and record occupational training provided

·Embed safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, equality and diversity and health and safety into the learner's programme

·Demonstrate on-going engagement and commitment with vision and values

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

·A relevant health and social care qualification at level 3 or above

·Knowledge of the apprenticeship frameworks

·Knowledge of the diploma delivery

·Hold either D32 / D33 / A1 / TAQA

·Desirable teaching qualification CTLLS / DTLLS / CERT ED / PGCE

To be successful in this role you will have previously worked as a Trainer, Assessor, Tutor, Teacher or Lecturer within the following areas, Nursing, Healthcare, Domiciliary care, Care home.
