A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to have an impact on a globally recognised telecommunications business based from their Huntingdon site. Within this role the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the payroll from start to finish and all corresponding duties including SSP and P11Ds.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
  • The processing and review of the monthly and weekly payroll
  • Assisting with the streamlining and improvement of the payroll systems
  • Providing detailed payroll reports
  • P11D preparation & auditing of expense claims
  • Manual calculation & processing of ad-hoc payments
  • Payments over to third parties (taxes & pensions)
  • Liaise with shared service centre colleagues
  • Assisting the Financial Accounting team with internal SOX compliance
  • Liaison with both External and Internal Audit teams
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required


The Payroll Administrator will be:
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate and work with individuals at all levels across the business including overseas locations
  • Very good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to investigate and resolve Payroll-related queries and problems in a timely manner for both internal and external parties
  • An up-to-date knowledge of Payroll-related legislation and requirements
  • Experienced across a number of payroll systems
