An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll administrator to join a market leading firm within the Inverness area.

Your new role

You will be responsible for collating & amending data on Time Management System, generating weekly time management reports, enter overtime and other payments into the payroll software system., record staff holiday entitlement & make payments., processing SSP, SMP,SPP and other statutory payments and make payment when due, enter Starter information on software systems & deal with Leaver payments and carry out auto enrol staff into the Company pension scheme and send reports to Pension Provider.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience having worked within a similar role, a strong understanding of payroll procedures including SSP, SMP and auto enrolment. Proficient in accounting software packages including Sage, acute attention to detail, ability to work well towards tight deadlines and an ability to effective time manage work load with excellent organisation skills.
