Internal Communications Manager

Internal communications manager - Marketing - Coalville - leading national brand

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for communications?

Our national based construction client based near Colaville are seeking a motivated, professional and creative Communications manager to join the central marketing operations team. Working within a busy department, you will ensure internal marketing strategies are developed, implemented and run to the best.

* £35k (neg depending on experience)

Key Duties include:

* Develop and shaping an editorial strategy that helps inform and engage internal colleagues

* Build and develop a strong network of contacts across the business

* Understand internal business practices and obtain 'great news' stories to develop and publish

* Work with external production agency to develop newsletters and other colleague engagement plans

* Manage and develop the internal weekly interactive e-update

* Measure staff engagement through various channels and seek improvement strategy where needed

* Work with the wider communications and marketing team to develop strategy and contribute ideas

Experience needed:

* Proven track record in a marketing or communications role

* Track record or creating, delivering and measuring communication plans and strategy

* Creativity, positivity and able to communicate to all levels of management and peers

* Professional, reliable and keen to make a difference

* Competent IT skills
