We have a new opportunity at Woodbridge School for you to join our team as an Examinations Officer. Based in Ipswich, you will join us on a part time, permanent basis working 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £23,600 per annum, pro rata.

About the Examinations Officer role:

Woodbridge School are looking to appoint a competent, methodical and highly organised Examinations Officer to join us for the start of the new academic year.

Reporting to the Deputy Head (Academic), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of policy, delivery and management reporting of public examinations and internal examinations within Woodbridge School.

As our Examinations Officer, you will need to:

You will also be responsible for recruitment, training, timetabling and monitoring a team of exam invigilators responsible for the conduct of exams.

This is a varied and, at times, very busy role. We are looking for somebody who displays utmost discretion, who can self-manage, and who has meticulous attention to detail.

Previous experience within a school / educational / exams environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
