The TUI Group's share is listed on the London Stock Exchange in the FTSE index and in the Quotation Board of the Open Market on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.As Finance Manager Group Controlling your role will support the Group Director in providing high quality Group Reporting for Group executive board reports and the annual planning processes. The Finance Manager will have ownership of the Group EBITA, forecast, and will be responsible for the Group consolidation and reporting tool Hyperion Financial Management ("HFM"), Ownership and responsibility increasing to Revenue, Adjustments (SDIs & PPA), Reported EBITA and EBITDA.The Finance Manager will play a key role in the Group budget and planning process. The successful candidate will act as Finance Business Partner in TUI Group's Content strategy by leading the Cruise and Destination Services EBITA reporting for Group Controlling, as well as Group Reward team in providing incentive analysis and target tracking.
What you will be doingKey responsibilities for the successful candidate will include the managing a direct report in the production and analysis of Group results for month end (flash and actuals), with primary focus on underlying EBITA culminating in production of the Group Operating & Financial Review ("OFR") pack. This role will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality product to the Director of Controlling on a timely and accurate basis This will also extend to Revenue, Adjustments (SDIs & PPA), Reported EBITA and EBITDA.The Finance Manager will be heavily involved in the budget and planning process, liaising with colleagues from many areas of the business. During the Group Budget and 5YP processes, the Finance Manager will play a key role in reviewing submissions and producing relevant analysis in line with expectations of the Director Group Controlling.The Finance Manager will develop an expertise in using HFM, to ensure that the Group's profit and loss results are robust and that they have full ownership of the Group EBITA forecast. This will entail developing a close relationship with the HFM team, and a deep understanding of foreign exchange scenarios. The Finance manager will monitor the R&O position and highlight to key stakeholders accordinglyThe successful candidate will have to be confident and assertive to analysis and challenge EBITA (flash, actual, forecast) submissions from other Group Controlling teams, to be able to understand the big picture while ensuring the detail is correct. As Finance Manager you will act as Business Partner to two key content areas, Cruise and Destination Services, improving our analytical support and enhancing the understanding of the financial data and the key performance indicators, with a responsibility for all EBITA reporting requirements. The Finance Manager will have a critical partnership to develop with the Investor Relations team, ensuring that relevant EBITA and Revenue data is supplied on a timely basis, and that the themes around business performance are understood and relayed externally.As Finance Manager the individual will need to develop strong working relationship with a number of Group Finance contacts, sector and Source Market teams and contacts within other Group functions.This role will act as principal point of contact for Group Reward, in setting and assessing annual bonus targets as well as other general finance support.Support Director of Controlling on all relevant Group Controlling project based tasks.
