Empowering Learning are working closely with a trust of schools for English teachers to start in September.

Empowering Learning welcome applications from NQTs and senior members of staff so we invite you to share your specialisms.

  • Catering to pupils from Year 7 to 13;

  • Pupils who are excited to learn;
  • An excellent English department with the opportunity to work alongside outstanding teachers;

You must:
  • Be respectful to the school's values;
  • Be able to withhold the school's 'Good' rating and work towards 'Outstanding';
  • Have a proven track record of successful teaching in Key Stage 4 and potentially Key Stage 5;
  • Put pupils at the forefront of education;
  • Be dynamic;
  • Be adaptable;
  • Be able to work well in a team;
  • Be willing to work hard to make improvements to the school overall;
  • Have a desire to grow and build upon your expertise.
