Your opportunity

Deloitte's strategic aspiration is to become the undisputed leader in professional services. The C&I strategy is a key enabler of this aspiration; aiming to build enviable client loyalty in our chosen markets, such that these clients will turn first to Deloitte when faced with a major challenge. A key pillar of our UK and North West Europe Tax Clients & Industries priorities is 'Right Content' - taking the best content to market through impactful campaigns, insight and client-centric knowledge and collateral, executed to the highest level with measurable client impact

The EMEA Dbriefs webcast programme is a key enabler of this vision, providing topical tax webcasts to clients across the region thereby showcasing Deloitte's talent, expertise and experience.

We are building out the team to respond to greater demand by our practitioners to use this effective channel to build eminence in the external market place and engage with clients. This role is integral to the successful delivery of our flagship programme, and as such, key responsibilities include ensuring each webcast runs smoothly, and delivers compliant content.

We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.

Your role

Supporting the senior lead, this role will be responsible for the administration for preparing and running webcasts within the Dbriefs programme. This flagship programme is run on behalf of Deloitte tax professionals across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Now in its 8th year, EMEA Dbriefs offers c. 50-70 webcasts a year and enjoys a considerable client following.

The role will interact with senior Deloitte partners, many of whom are overseas and will require the role holder to be confident and have an engaging manner, excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. The role would appeal to someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and is comfortable
using a variety of technology platforms and applications, who works well under pressure and being deadline driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of webcasts and rehearsals, including scheduling appropriate rehearsal dates and booking rooms
  • Proof reading and editing presentations, ensuring collateral is brand compliant, including maintenance of slide templates
  • Preparing registration pages and user interfaces (training to be provided)
  • Collecting and collating analytics and records
  • Maintaining mailing list
  • Maintaining Dbriefs website
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Your work, your choice
At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. We carefully consider agile ways of working, both formal and informal, that allow for the best impact for our people and our clients. Please speak to your recruiter about the working pattern that works best for you.
