Duties will include:
  • Overseeing the operation.
  • Managing and motivating a team of consultants.
  • Setting and implementing daily / weekly tasks.
  • Working to achieve and exceed weekly budget / sales targets.
  • Checking and verifying of the branch payroll.
  • Checking and verifying the branch invoicing.
  • Checking and verifying branch tracking systems.
  • Helping to answer phones.
  • Assisting with branch bookings where needed.
  • Completing site service visits.
  • Speaking and visiting potential NEW clients.
  • Joining the branch 24 hour on call rota.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Ability and willingness to build a rapport with clients and drivers.
  • Drive, ambition and a can do attitude.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • A good problem solver.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work to deadlines.

You will need:

  • Basic I.T skills
  • A good telephone manner.
  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • We would prefer recruitment or sales experience but will consider applicants with transferable skills as full training will be given.

The 24 hour on call will involve answering the phone for emergencies one in every three / four weeks on a rota with other branch members.
