I am currently recruiting for Service Desk Analyst roles in Birmingham for a public sector client. This is on a very fast pace, high volume service desk where by it is crucial for anyone interested in the role to be determine and focused.

You will be responsible for;
-Being first point of contact for information services.
-Logging and handling incidents
-Answering requests and queries using the software tools provided.
-Troubleshooting problems for resolutions

Skills and Experience
-Proficiency in the task of Service Desk/1st Line Support
-Active Directory
-Windows 7
-Microsoft Office 2010 products

-VNC
-RDP


Desirable
-Knowledge of ITIL
