Your new company
Hays Office Support are delighted to be working in partnership, exclusively with a highly professional and sustainable manufacturing business. Due to internal promotion the business in mention are now recruiting a Training Coordinator to join their Learning and Development team.

Your new role
The Training Coordinator will work directly with the L&D Advisor to coordinate, prepare and deliver training interventions to ensure all statutory obligations are fulfilled in line with legalisation and customer requirements.You will be expected to contribute to the learning culture of the organisation. There will be a large amount of internal communication between the Training Coordinator and line managers in the business. Other important requirements for the role involve creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures via internal processes, working along side the Health and Safety department to maintain and develop data, support and deliver classroom and other training when required.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed with this particular, fantastic opportunity candidates will have experience of delivering training in a manufacturing organisation, have excellent organisational skills, IT competent including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, high level of accuracy when working with data and possess a good understanding of the food manufacturing environment.
