An expanding, successful, fast paced organisation based in Slough is looking for a Marketing Services Manager to take responsibility for the development and ongoing performance of Marketing activities through all marketing channels and for all Brands.

The role is also responsible for all Marketing & Sales third party provider relationships.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop a market leading digital presence, including

customer facing tools, customer finance calculator functionality, and integration with the central website.

2. Responsible, in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales Operations Manager, for the development and implementation of customer acquisition, communication and retention strategies including the launch and management of the customer journey.

3. Responsible for marketing to customer base through a multichannel approach,

using internet, email, telephone & mail based marketing.

4. In conjunction with the Marketing & Sales Operations Manager instigate, develop and launch new and existing product portfolios for the business.

5. To assist the brands in their advertising activity.

6. Promote activity via social media where possible and in line with HQ rules.

7. To take responsibility for compliance activities and to adhere to regulations and requirements, ensuring the customer is put at the heart of everything we do.

8. Manage relationships with third parties including Direct Marketing Agencies & Media Agencies.

9. To assist with the preparation of the annual marketing plan.

Skills/experience required

- Experience of digital marketing, CRM platforms and direct marketing highly desirable.

- Ability to prepare, analyse and present statistical information
