A leading business in Cheshire are expanding their Service Desk team and are looking for 1st and 2nd line support to join.

If you enjoy a varied role whereby you really engage and make a difference to a business then this could be of interest.

You will support key business functions across their offices, working to SLA's and in accordance with ITIL processes.

Key Experience
  • Experience of working on an IT service desk along with ITIL processes is desirable.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment on telephone and face to face.
  • Experience within IT service delivery.

Knowledge and skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in Incident Trending and analysis.

Practical experience of some or all of:
  • Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
  • Active Directory administration.
  • MS Exchange administration.
  • UNIX
  • Microsoft RDS administration.
  • Hardware, peripherals, mobile devices.
  • TCP/IP, LAN and WAN troubleshooting.

This opportunity will suit those who can pick up new skills quickly and an analytical problem solver who is driven to provide solutions.

They can offer a salary of up to 34,000 + working from home + an immediate start is available.
