Permanent

Payroll Administrator with knowledge of payroll processing and Excel data skills required by a highly successful private sector organisation based in Reading. This is a Payroll Administrator role supporting the Payroll Manager and the head of Payroll Joining part of a large friendly team. The Payroll Admin will possess strong organisational and administration skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced private sector environment and meet deadlines.

Essential Skills:
  • Highly numerate and analytical mindset, attention to detail
  • Experience in end to end payroll processing
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good team player.
  • 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent)

Desirable:
  • Previous Payroll experience
  • Private sector experience
  • Workday payroll software exposure
