In this role you will carry out quality checks on business assurance cases, effectively ensuring that the business assurance officers followed the correct procedures when they were assessing cases.

And on the rare occasions where standards have not been maintained, you will work with the business assurance officer to highlight remedial action, identifying any specific or generic training that needs to be carried out.

QCF Level 4 status is a requirement but the business is brilliant at training, so can accommodate individuals from a range of backgrounds, be that compliance professionals, advisers, paraplanners or pensions specialists. In short, anyone not only with the skills to spot issues but more importantly, the relationship management skills to deal with any solutions.
