Interaction Recruitment are delighted to be working with an instantly recognizable High Street retail brand who are seeking an experience Senior Payroller to cover the 6 month secondment of the companys Payroll Manager.

Duties will include:

· Daily management of the UK Payroll

· Daily supervision of international Payrolls

· Oversee the work of two highly capable Payroll Clerks

· Liaise and support the organisations finance function to deliver year end payroll audit

· Ensuring that the Payroll continues to be legally compliant

· Hold responsibility for maintaining employee records

To be suitable for this role you will have a depth of experience within Payroll at a Supervisory or Management level and be available to carry out a 6 month fixed term contract. You will have staff management experience and be able to act as an escalation point for any issues that may arise.

Ideally for this role you will be CIPP Qualified and have strong systems skills to include various Payroll packages and Microsoft Excel.
