IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key IT solutions clients supporting the recruitment of a Reporting Analyst to join their team in the Northampton offices

The Role of the Reporting Analyst
  • To assist in supporting with customer reporting required as part of the contractual agreements and create and maintain a suite of reporting to be used for customers.
  • Produce key performance reporting for management and customers where required
  • Review current reporting, ensuring that current reports are appropriate, well maintained and developed

Duties & Responsibilities of the Reporting Analyst
  • Develop and maintain a suite of reporting systems and processes
  • Extract data and verify data is accurate and overcome complex system and reporting issues
  • Manage the resolution of all customer enquiries/complaints promptly and efficiently to satisfy customer requirements
  • Assist in relevant projects where required
  • Prepare monthly management reports and KPI packs to maintain visibility of performance
  • Routinely run reports to assist with SOX and Audit requirements
  • Provide support and mentoring for other internal reporting and business analysts

Skills & Experience of the Reporting Analyst
  • Candidates will ideally be working in a similar role and have Advanced MS Excel skills, strong Visual Basic and general IT skills
  • You will be able to prioritise and organise your workload effectively
  • A proven background in customer handling skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems/issues would be highly desirable
  • Working in a similar role and providing reporting support would be a huge advantage
  • Candidates will be able to build a good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders and able to make decisions around issues as they occur
  • Previous experience of MS Access and MS PowerPoint would be a distinct advantage
