I reckon you're looking at this post for one of two reasons*; 1. You're straight out of Uni looking for an entry level role making use of what you've learnt. Or 2. You've been doing a very similar role in a business that just doesn't look after you how they should.

I've been given a fantastic opportunity to recruit for a reputable software business based out of Northamptonshire. A few bits you need to know; this is an entry level role but some experience is required in a similar field, whether that be already working in a support role or assisting with office systems as a adhoc duty. So, if you are straight of university with a relevant IT qualification this is a great leap into the world of work. Likewise, if you have had experience in a similar role you'll still be considered.

So the role, you will be the first point of contact for all technical issues and queries, speaking with clients both nationally and internationally answering questions of the 'How do I?' variety. You will also be involved in resolving software licensing queries and reporting your support call statistics. Full training will be given but a good knowledge of windows operating systems and being a competent computer user is essential.
