Our Role

Our Telecoms division has an opportunity for Commercial Support to work alongside our Commercial Specialists to provide support to them in driving cost optimisation and supplier management initiatives. As a key team player, your role is crucial to ensuring the success of the Commercial Specialist and their overall delivery which will include critical analysis and reconciliation regarding vendors.

You will drive standardisation to deliver a consistent approach with accuracy in a timely fashion. This will allow you to create availability to build out the role, enabling opportunities to get involved in more areas of the Commercial team. You will manage expectations by clearly communicating actions for sourcing events and dependencies to stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experience

The Commercial Support worker will have strong finance support and admin experience to be considered for the role. You will have strong communication skills and be a passionate team player in this highly stakeholder focussed role.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and systematic individual with a keen attention to detail and excellent numerical skills. You will be self-motivated and resilient and have the confidence and ability to challenge existing practices and re-engineer with innovative solutions.

Your role will be to administer the recording and ensuring timely renewal of POs & associated supplier contracts as well as ensuring that the invoicing and assets match, capturing any opportunity where we can consolidate costs to obtain better pricing. You will have a keen attention to detail which will contribute to your ability to be proactive in liaising with the Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure no delays are incurred on orders.
