As our HR Technology Support Analyst you will support the development of the Human Resources application suite.

You will work under the guidance of the HR Technology Specialist in delivery of the service and may be required to work with the product supplier, implementation partner and product business owner. This role will also include working with the IT Architecture and Infrastructure teams, IT Operational teams and Business teams to define, build, deliver and support the service.

You will be expected to maintain product relevance within our business and may on occasion be required to provide support to other applications managed by the team.

Responsibilities as our HR Technology Support Analyst include:

- Contribute to the delivery of solutions to meet business needs, working closely with business representatives to understand and document requirements, create technical specifications, configure applications and support test and implementation

- Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation in respect of the applications supported

- Contribute to the maintenance of the Service Catalogue and best practice documentation and support processes.

- Investigate and resolve service issues with a tie in to service desk, incident management and associated technical teams

- Driving personal development and keeping abreast of product and industry developments

- Work with Geographically dispersed specialist teams

Skills and Experience required of our HR Technology Support Analyst:


- Strong relevant experience working in relevant disciplines

- An inquisitive and engaging personality that looks to innovate and continuously improve to deliver the best possible experience to the customer

- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure while taking ownership of issues

- Experience of working across technology disciplines in order to deliver the best outcomes

- Ability to work standalone or as part of a team

- Experience working in a project environment with strict deadlines

- Understanding of ITIL processes - Incident, problem and change and a good knowledge of IT Operations


- Knowledge of human resource and payroll systems, terminology, and best practices

- Knowledge of system administration

- Knowledge of complementary systems such as identity management

- Knowledge of SQL and/or scripting/development (such as PowerShell, Java, Javascript, or .NET)

- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors

- Familiarity with Service-Now
