£9.00phr -£10.00phr

Our client a well established business is looking to recruit a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within a large team and assist with the purchaser ledger duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Matching batching and coding of all purchase invoices

• Matching purchase orders to invoices

• To ensure the timely and correct posting of purchase invoices and credit notes

• Checking nominal code

• Supplier statement reconciliation

• Processing of monthly payment runs via BACS

• Responsible for resolving internal and external queries

• Producing financial reports for senior management

• To perform ad-hoc finance functions to help with the business

Skills:

• Ability to pick up and learn new systems

• Can do attitude to be a team player and help others out

• Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role

• The ability to process and manage high volumes of invoices
