The SPXFLOW Shared Services Centre are looking for a Payroll Services Associate to join the HR Shared Services team. This role will provide consistent Payroll administration support to our sites across Europe. The role will involve collating and checking data within the payroll system of record, responding to queries and providing information to managers, employees and the payroll provider.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  • First point of contact for all Payroll enquiries via telephone and email
  • Collection and verification of timesheet data
  • Tracking absences which affect payment where appropriate
  • Producing the interface file each month out of the SPXFLOW HR system for the payroll provider
  • Interaction with payroll provider to address processing queries
  • Interaction with local Sites/HR/Finance departments to ensure completeness & accuracy of payroll data and reporting
  • Assist in ensuring statutory requirements are followed in payroll
  • Year-end payroll processing inputs

Whilst it would be advantageous, you don't need to have experience in payroll or any special qualifications for this job; what matters most is that you are detailed oriented and have a head for numbers. Alongside this we need someone who is IT savvy with strong excel skills and excellent customer service skills. We also need someone who is able to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner and able to work as part of a team. Shared Service Centre experience is advantageous but not essential. Fluency in European language skills, specifically German, Italian or French would also be advantageous.
