Regional Sales Manager
Salary Neg depending on ability and experience
Our client is urgently looking for a very experienced Regional Sales Manager/Director for their rapidly expanding company. Our client specialises in duct clean services and deep clean air products.

Many years of professional duct cleaning has taught them that there are only a few things that make a big difference to the quality of the service that they deliver. So to ensure the best service, they build long-term relationships with their customers, focusing on excellent communication, implementing rigorous training, and promoting teamwork.
General Responsibilities:
The applicant will generate sales by making appointments to quote with prospects by telephone. You will at all times convey a professional and courteous manner whilst representing the company.
As Area Sales/ Business Development Manager it is expected that all stages of the sales process will be managed effectively and successfully.
Targets are for new business. The only repeat business that will accrue is that that is contracted and business that comes from Target Accounts. Target accounts will be agreed upon after the first month.
Administration:
The Act database is expected to be the main source of leads and it is expected that records will be kept and added in an accurate fashion.
All site photographs and quotations are to be added and maintained
Adherence to the database procedures is essential.
Forecasting and Sales Planning:
Accurate forecasting is an important part of this role and as such regular meetings with the MD to forecast will be necessary.
Input will also be expected in terms of sales planning for future growth. This will be done in conjunction with the MD.
The Managing Director reserves the right to change sales areas if this is proven to benefit the company
Commission Plan:
The company is a very sales oriented company and expect sales staff to achieve and exceed their targets and be rewarded accordingly.
The plan covers bonus payments up to 120%. Where this figure is exceeded the applicant will be paid at a rate no less than the 140% rate, but after analysis may expect to receive extra.
It will be based on experience with uncapped on target earnings
You will be required to go to head office to learn the product for the first month, there after going in 1-2 times a week to update MD on your progress.
The areas you will be required to cover are (radius of approx. of 2.5 hours) Essex, Suffolk, Cambridge, Norfolk and parts of London. This could be subject to change, so please keep in mind to where you live as the company is based in Colchester.
Salary - Will be based on experience with uncapped on target earnings
Car will be provided or car allowance, along with a phone, ipad and remote access.
