Training and Compliance Manager

Location : Stockport


Job Type: Full-time

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week, Shift patterns Monday - Thursday 10am - 7pm, Fridays 930am - 4pm. *Please note if behind on target you will be expected to do extra hours.

My client act's as an introducer into the financial solutions industry, we introduce Debt Management cases, IVA cases, Trust Deeds, Bankruptcy and Life Insurance clients to various companies.

Key Responsibilities for Training and Compliance Manager - Debt Management

·Inducting new members of staff into the company, ensuring they are fully prepared for the role they undertake.

·Undertaking ongoing compliance and training of staff members.

·Complaints handling.
  • To support co-workers through one to one and group coaching and feedback sessions - Drive performance through quality monitoring & identifying individual training requirements
  • Identify improvements where necessary and make recommendations on solutions.
  • Work in line with the Compliance Team to identify skills gaps and root cause to enable informed and tailored coaching with individuals.
  • To achieve and maintain accreditation in line with agreed Quality Levelling standards
  • Take responsibility for own learning and development, keeping up to date with all regulatory requirements and developments
  • Complete regular call levelling sessions with the team
  • Identify improvements where necessary and make recommendations on solutions

Experience and Attributes required for the Training and Compliance Manager - Debt Management
  • IVA Knowledge and experience is required
  • Experience of delivering effective coaching and training in an operational environment
  • Complaint handling experience
  • Be highly organised with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt quickly to department changes
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, take initiative and problem solve whilst handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to reprioritise daily duties where appropriate
  • Experience of working within a large operation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Willing to do the extra

Required experience:

•IVA Experience: 3 years +
