Technical Services Manager

Our client are one of the UK's quickest growing Mechanical companies in the UK. They are responsible for a number of large prestigious contracts / buildings within the UK. .

They are client is recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to be based in The Midlands. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri (phone number removed). On offer is a salary of £45,(Apply online only)-£50,(Apply online only) (dependant on experience) per annum.

The Technical Services Manager will report to the Account Manager and will ensure full compliance is met for all aspects of the projects in line with respective regulatory requirements. Develop systems and processes to ensure consistent approach across both hospitals in order to achieve the PFI service objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver solutions within budget.

Principle Accountabilities of the Technical Services Manager;

Liaise with Central technical team and external bodies in delivery of upgrade and replavement projects
To undertake co-ordinating / senior AP role for associated mechanical systems
To keep up-to-date of all changes and amendments to statutory legislation and mandatory requirements relating to the safe and effective maintenance and operation of healthcare, media and data centre services and installations.
Production and review of policies and protocols for each discipline.
Ensure appropriate levels of AP, CP and RP personal are trained, qualified and experienced in each required discipline.
Produce and Validate monthly technical reports for the company and client.
Lead and deliver the administration of all Compliance, Legislative and Operational documents and manuals.

Qualifications required;

C & G Air Conditioning Level 2/3 (Essential
FGas
Subject matter expert' (In-depth knowledge) and experience of relevant processes and procedures relevant to the role, including quality assurance requirements, techniques and processes.
Commercial and financial awareness with proven knowledge of budgetary control
Accredited to either NEBOSH or IOSH (Desired)
Understanding of internal / external stakeholders & partners and their requirements.
Excellent motivation and influencing skills with a positive can do attitude
