Aftersales Manager - Cutting Tools/Precision Engineering - UK Based Sales Role

£45,000 to £55,000 per annum + car + bonus

Working for a world class cutting tools supplier you will be rewarded through personal and career progression opportunities. As the Key Account Manager you will be providing sales, commercial, technical and project management service to direct and indirect sales channels and customers across the UK.

As the Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include;

Map customer demands and conduct customer support/analysis and process/product recommendations.
First point of contact for all tool management and vending opportunities.
Organise and utilise the appropriate communication channels to promote Tool Management offers in market.
Manage and support tool management projects from start to finish. Including project presentations, actions and contract management through the project.

As the Aftersales Manager you will require the following skills & experiences;

Must have an awareness of the Value Selling concept and be able to demonstrate a technical engineering background.
Strong project management and influencing skills.
Commercial and contract management skills.
Independent, self-directed and results orientated working within a matrix organisation.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills both written and orally.
